• Knowledge of Facebook Postings, Promotions, Business manager accounts, Ad creations, performance analysis, competitor analysis, and Facebook mentions.
• Identify key growth opportunities and implement tactics to increase followers, drive user engagement, and optimize conversion rates.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our client remains at the forefront of social media growth strategies.
• Leverage data analytics and social media listening tools to monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives, campaigns, and company objectives.
• Engage with our social media community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Explore and implement influencer partnerships and collaborations to expand our reach and attract a wider audience.
