Responsibilities:

  • • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • • Identify and manage potential customer issues, and work to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and ensure successful outcomes for customers.
  • • Conduct regular check-ins and assessments to understand customer needs and proactively address any potential roadblock.
  • • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and drive customer success initiatives.
  • • Meet or exceed customer renewal and upsell targets.
  • • Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to ensure that customers are receiving the best possible service and support.

Requirements:

  • • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • • Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • • Ability to effectively analyze and report on customer data.
  • • Required Candidate profile.
  • • Excellent English, Kannada communication. Hindi will be a plus.
  • • Great listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • • Positive solution-oriented attitude.
