Responsibilities:

  • • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
  • • Perform thorough keyword research to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
  • • Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues affecting search engine crawl ability, indexation, and ranking.
  • • Optimize on-page elements including page titles, meta descriptions, headers, and URL structures for improved search engine visibility.
  • • Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link building, content promotion, and influencer outreach to enhance website authority and visibility.
  • • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO software.
  • • Identify SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • • Provide SEO recommendations and collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, development, and marketing to implement best practices.
  • • Generate regular reports on SEO performance, keyword rankings, and website traffic, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • • Stay up to date with the latest SEO tools, trends, and industry changes, and share knowledge and expertise with the team.
  • • Coordinate with internal teams, including design, content, and digital marketing, to create compelling campaign assets, such as landing pages, emails, banners, and social media content.
  • • Set campaign objectives, KPIs, and success metrics, and track and report on campaign performance against these metrics.
  • • Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to ensure targeted and personalized campaigns that resonate with different customer segments.
  • • Manage campaign budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize spending to maximize ROI.
  • • Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute integrated campaigns and leverage their expertise when required.

Requirements:

  • • Proven experience of 2-5 years as an SEO Specialist, with a strong track record of improving organic search rankings and driving website traffic.
  • • In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, best practices, and search engine algorithms.
  • • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research tools, and SEO auditing tools.
  • • Proficiency in campaign management tools and platforms, including marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
  • • Solid understanding of technical SEO aspects, including website structure, crawling, indexing, and site speed optimization.
  • • Experience with on-page and off-page optimization techniques, including content optimization, link building, and outreach strategies.
  • • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • • Basic website development skills will be required.
