Responsibilities:

  • • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to drive growth, engagement, and brand awareness for our clients across multiple platforms.
  • • Knowledge of Facebook Postings, Promotions, Business manager accounts, Ad creations, performance analysis, competitor analysis, and Facebook mentions.
  • • Identify key growth opportunities and implement tactics to increase followers, drive user engagement, and optimize conversion rates.
  • • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our client remains at the forefront of social media growth strategies.
  • • Leverage data analytics and social media listening tools to monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
  • • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives, campaigns, and company objectives.
  • • Engage with our social media community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • • Explore and implement influencer partnerships and collaborations to expand our reach and attract a wider audience.
  • • Monitor and report on social media metrics, including growth, engagement, conversion rates, and customer feedback, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • • Continuously test and iterate on social media strategies, leveraging A/B testing and other techniques to optimize performance and drive sustainable growth.

Requirements:

  • • Strong knowledge of social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc
  • • Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and interpret social media metrics to drive insights and strategy adjustments.
  • • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative social media campaigns to achieve business goals.
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for storytelling and engaging content.
  • • Strong communication skills to interact with online communities and respond to customer inquiries.
  • • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
